As the name suggests, our motive is to take advantage of some expressive arts techniques to channelise some of the commonly experienced feeling states by all of us. These could be Feelings of pressure (pressure to be a certain way, to perform well at school/college/work/home/in relationships), fear of making mistakes, confronting general anxiety and excessive anger or sadness, or even states of happiness or non-feeling states as well such as empty, constant boredom, numbing and so on.

The goal is to create a safe space for ourselves to acknowledge these intrusive emotional states and then find a way to back to a safe calm state.

Colours, art, movement, writing are all various creative ways to give expression to our emotional experiences. And the good news is, there is no right or wrong feeling and hence no…
